We accept full cancellations on orders within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, as our items are made to order. We may be able to make an exception if we have not purchased materials or started your commission yet. Since all of our products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds at this time. Please allow between 3-6 weeks for us to handcraft your item. If you live in the United States, priority shipping is free. Shipping throughout the continental US generally takes between 2-7 days. We offer rush shipping options, as well as multiple international shipping options.
